Start with the most potent UMF honey - UMF25+, to quickly quell the symptoms and continue with the UMF20+. Keep the capsules with you for those times you can’t carry around a jar of honey!
EU restricts honey imports to 1kg per pack - this kit is designed for maximum effectiveness against h. pylori within those restrictions.
A follow-up order of UMF20+ or UMF10+ honey may be needed to get a full two months of regular doses - the reccomended length of treatment.
