UMF Manuka Honey is highly effective in maintaining digestive health because it works against bacteria in the digestive tract. The Colostrum provides ongoing protection to ensure the bacteria don’t reappear.
How to treat H. Pylori
1) Start with the UMF25+ and take 1 teaspoon 3-5 times per day, around 30 minutes before meals or snacks. Take with a small piece of bread or fruit to carry the honey down to your stomach.
2) Then take the UMF20+ honey in the same way, but swap one or two of the dosages with a Active Manuka UMF10+ with Colostrum tablet.
3) Keep taking the tablets 2-3 times per day for maintaining your digestive health.
