Shipping / Refunds / Policies

All website prices are in US Dollars.

Refunds: Are at the management's discretion. Our policy is that we will refund the product cost in full (pro-rata if part of a bundle) for any UNOPENED products returned to us. If an order if is returned to us (undamaged) because it is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect supplied address, we will either resend it if you pay for the shipping, or give a refund for the item component of the total cost.

USA & Canada - Unfortunately our North American shipping arrangements are no longer viable and we will be shipping our products directly from New Zealand. Items will take slightly longer to arrive - between 7 and 12 days.

Rest of the world - products are supplied from New Zealand using NZ Post International Delivery (DHL). Delivery takes 5 -12 working days and the cost is based on the total weight, the amount payable is worked out during the checkout process. Orders to Europe seem to be taking around 12 days at the moment.

To calculate the cost of shipping, please complete the first stage of the checkout process which includes entering the shipping destination.

Track and Trace: Track and trace is only available on orders for 2kg or greater, and is an additional $7. If your order is less than 2kg, but you would still like to have track and trace, you will need to pay for the equivalent of 2kg shipping (approximately $44) + $7 track and trace.

Even without track and trace, we can usually find out where a product has gone missing. For example, it may have definitely left New Zealand, but not passed through national customs, or has passed through customs and the national post office, but not the local post office. However, this can take some time to resolve. In most cases we will re-send lost orders, depending on the circumstances.

Italy: we recommend track and trace.

Restrictions: Please note that there are some countries/territories that we can not send honey products to. Others have special regulations. If you know of any special regulations for your country, please add a note explaining these at the checkout process.

Australia: can not ship to Western Australia
Botswana, Lesotho, Swaziland, Jamaica, Trinidad, Tobago, Iran and Pakistan all have import restrictions or border controls affecting honey.
South Africa - honey can be sent with a customs fee payable upon receipt.
European Union : deliveries limited to 1kg of honey per order, but we can also split large orders into multiple packages if required.
